How about a pardon for Kim Davis?
Derick Chauvin...he was almost murdered in jail.
Fyi
I believe the Railroading of Derick Chauvin (and three fellow officers) was entirely done in State Court, over which President Trump has no Pardon Power.
The murder rate in NYC went down by about a thousand a year after Giuliani became mayor. Wikipedia says Giuliani is a convicted felon. I guess we all remember what we choose to remember.
Going after Giuliani was like going after Trump or going after D’Souza. It was all political persecution.
As best I can research, all actions against her were from Federal Courts, and President Trump can pardon Federal Court conviction and sentences.
Chauvin is not worth defending.
He held his knee on a man’s neck for nine minutes ‘for officer safety’.
For the last three or four of those minutes Floyd was dead. Chauvin’s indifference to the man’s life and death was criminal.
Case closed.
Fully Agree!
Okay. I don’t know courts and laws. Thanks.
Hi Megan, how’s the Doxxing business going?
No problem, it confuses me as well.
I second that emotion in favor of Derick Chauvin.
But knowing the fundamentals of American politics as I think I do, if Chauvin is ever pardoned during this administration, it won’t happen until right after the outcome of next year’s Mid Term Elections is known.
If done before, that pardon may become a very potent rallying call for many anti GOP voters.
The Dems will barely even need to campaign as individuals.
That one issue will work like a Cowcatcher on an old fashioned locomotive train. Ramming opposition, scooping up voter support.
Glad to see John Eastman included!
You are 100% wrong - In this Street Theater drama, George Floyd was alive when the ambulance drove him to the hospital, and alive when he was examined by the doctors, who determined all kinds of self-induced issues like his drug overdose, plus “covid” pneumonia” — The Covid Treatment protocol included the Ventillator, which killed most “Covid-coded” patients, including Floyd if he lasted that long to be ventillated. Floyd & Chauvin knew each other and worked as security at a local club. Whether Chauvin is really in prison as a fall guy for a much bigger cover story, I do not know. Anyone who has looked into with any depth would know we the peasants got played again.
“He held his knee on a man’s neck for nine minutes ‘for officer safety’.”
A violent drug addict who died of a heart attack.
So for a pardon like this it’s kind of admitting the person. There is no way for a person in this situation to prove they weren’t guilty?
Great! Shoulda been done January 22nd.
Chauvin definitely, but I don’t think he was tried in Federal Court.
Case not closed.
Chauvin’s technique was tried-and-true and acceptable within law enforcement. Do you have a problem with an LEO looking out for this own safety?
The “man” held a pregnant woman at gunpoint and threatened murder.
The “man” had JUST robbed a business.
The “man” was a vile druggie.
And those are just his good points.
WTH is WRONG with you?
