If you are a US citizen and follow our politics, how many times has Trump been made out to be the criminal from lies and verbal attacks purposely being spun? If it was criminal, how come many of our politicians aren’t behind bars?

Victims don’t normally walk at people brandishing and threatening with a knife when they can escape as she was doing. Being conned is one thing. Threatening harm is another. And this underaged inexperienced action by a 14 year old is one of the reasons English law says she’s not supposed to have weapons like this. If she had just kept walking none of it would have made any difference. She chose to threaten the migrant. Victim? Yep of her own actions. And since he was trying to portray people as criminals, she sure was obliging to his efforts. Jed would have said, “Don’t help me, boy.”

You’ve got to take the good with the bad. He didn’t break any laws and she did. And if he was an invader, why wasn’t he arrested?

But it doesn’t make it illegal and laws are what are used in most countries to determine innocence or guilty. If she had just kept walking and not turned back with the knife, she’d have been fine. But she chose not to.
Remember, if attacked with a knife in Scotland, it is considered an aggravated assault, a more serious crime than a common assault, and the attacker could face a minimum 6-month prison sentence for threatening to use a weapon. The law also prohibits carrying a knife in public without a legitimate reason or lawful authority. The penalties for carrying knives and other offensive weapons are severe, with maximum sentences of up to 4 years in prison and unlimited fines. I know of no law on the books about letting someone make a fool of themselves.
If it comes to moralities over legalities, it is obvious which one has a case if there is no attack and just talking. And she’s already in trouble for just having the knife according to English law. Let alone threatening with it.

For a young teen girl, very likely. But young teen girls have a tendency to exaggerate things from emotion and hormones. I raised 1 and have two granddaughters. Not unusual.
But if you can show me where it was necessary for her to brandish the weapons she was not legally supposed to have, then you’re good. I can’t find a thing and I’ve reviewed a lot of confrontations with muslim men and different types of people over my years in the business. And I can warn you that you are assuming a lot and I’m seeing it in real time if the videos haven’t been doctored.

But I’ve met a number of people that didn’t understand the different between an insurgence and a migrated citizen. Turns out he has been in the country for almost 4 years. So is he even a migrant? He and his wife who were out walking are originally from Budapest.
Besides, with what I can understand about your definition of invasion, weren’t the colonists that came to the US invaders? You might put it in perspective before you open fire. And pleased tell me, from what you saw, what law the citizen broke. You won’t find one.

If I can figure out what this means to the topic, I’ll be blessed. The only thing I said was that the man who did the video, had according to police record, been living in Scotland for around 4 years. If you have proof he is an insurgent into Scotland for the purpose of harm or overthrowing their government, then please call the US Consulate General’s office in Edinburgh. They would love to know that.
And as for me, unless you can break into the black hole in St. Louis, and somehow find my military records, then you’re tossing skip into the wind that has nothing to do with the topic. Don’t bother me if you don’t have anything but assumptions or just your opinion on the topic, not on me. Wastes my time and I don’t have a whole lot left.

I’ll add some points to clarify the understanding of what’s going on in the United Kingdom.
The government of the U.K. is itself an insurgency.
This refers to the fact that the U.K. government, as infiltrated by anti-U.K. globalists, is involved in subverting and overturning its normal, historical function, which pertains to advancing the will of its people and furthering the sovereignty of Britain.
Again: the government of Britain has been infiltrated by globalists.
So the guy making the video is merely one of millions of people who have been allowed to invade Great Britain. This invasion started many years ago.
