Soy boy loser.
Imagine thinking the government could control nature.
This year scores of folks will die unnecessarily in the cold or the snow in Buffalo as they have decades. Make sure I have my pen ready.

You changed the headline. And not in a good way. By taking out NY from the headline then you threw this article into being an annoyance.
Buffalo, New York
Buffalo, Illinois.
Buffalo, Indiana.
Buffalo, Iowa.
Buffalo, Kansas.
Buffalo, Kentucky.
Buffalo, Minnesota.
Buffalo, Missouri.
Way back during the Carter(?) reign of error there was an arab oil embargo which drove the prices of oil thru the roof. In that winter many NE leftists demanded (not ‘asked’) that Southerners drive 55 mph or slower to conserve oil and to keep the escalating heating oil prices reasonable. Carter responded with the national 55 MPH speed limit. While this was a wonderful boost to law enforcement revenue, it became a point of irritation between folks who lived in wide open spaces (55 mph was ridiculous) and those who did not (55 mph was not usually attained while driving). One of the notable songs that became popular(?) was “Freeze a Yankee” - a humorous ditty that was popular in the South. In the North - not so much.
Buffalo, Wyoming
And, yeah. HE looks exactly as you would expect him to:
He is now retired. Here is to wishing this piece of crap a short and unfulfilling retirement.
bttt
I would assume that the Buffalo News is of the same caliber as the Texas Tribune .... fish wrapper identifying as a newspaper.
