She’s a State lawmaker not a Congressman/woman.
Deport her now. No trial needed, she just confessed.
Nothing a Democrat says can ever be taken at face value. Even when a statement is true, it is in the context of some deception, manipulation, or ploy.
I think it would.
Her citizenship application would have been granted as a spouse of an expedited applicant (falsified application).
She would have to attest that her husband's application was legitimate.
The mother being aware of her husband's falsified application and signing her own application connected to his committed fraud.
I have no idea how the Hmong are treated in Viet Nam today but I am sure that some judge will say that they can't be deported because of possible persecution.
So, dry your eyes.

Seems we are being invaded and ruled by invaders.

“She was just fabricating a claim trying to virtue signal.”
Lies come naturally to Dems. Like taking a breath.
Fraud vitiates everything... - SCOTUS. Throckmorton.
Just because you hate Democrats, may not mean you hate them ENOUGH.
The real battles should be between the GOP and some kind of libertarian/min-archist platform.
So she’s backtracking saying the story was a lie. If it wasn’t a lie:
Illegally filed to run for office, illegally in office, illegally voting in a legislature, etc.
She’s not and was never eligible to be in the legislature - any legislation that may have passed with her as the deciding vote is null and void retroactively. The repercussions of this could be extraordinary.
If it was a lie...that stuff doesn’t apply, but is still a disgusting thing to do to make up a story like that and present it as true.
