Why do we still have Biden holdovers and career anti-Trump bureaucrats at the National Intelligence Council undermining President Trump and his agenda?

Come on. Think Hillary and the travel office. What’s good for the goose...

“Intelligence”
and “Biden holdovers”——
those two do not go together.

The phrase you are looking for is “deep state.”

Hey Laura, there are still lots of children in the State Dept making the worse decisions possible now and setting up Rubio and the Trump Administration for failure due to a “lack of guidance [from the Administration]”. They were fully capable of toting the Party line without any guidance when their guy was in charge. Just throwing tantrums and passive-aggressively harming the country.

Leaving a few miscreants in place can often be useful if they are under very close surveillance.

Probably some judge somewhere who asserts he’s more powerful than God has decreed they cannot be fired. That’s my guess.
To: Macho MAGA Man
This was Trump’s biggest mistake during his first administration. He should have immediately fired everyone who had ever been in the same room with Obama or one of his cabinet secretaries. That’s what Obama, Clinton, Biden all did but for some reason they’re worried the media will say bad things about him if Trump does it? Newsflash: they’re gonna say bad things about him anyway.
Trump hired deep staters like Reince Priebus who advised him not to fire these holdovers. Hopefully he’s learned his lesson on that.

Fire them.
Everyone can be replaced—by consultants that are subject matter experts if necessary.

Maybe things look different when actually present in that workplace.

Insubordination is totally unacceptable—zero exceptions.
Enemy actors cannot be tolerated in that type of environment.

Excellent question...
One would assume that lessons learned from the rat-infested years of 1917-2020 would be applied...

The US government has plenty of evidence that Tren de Aragua is a state sponsored, trans national Venezuelan terrorist organization with a charter to destabilize foreign governments and spread the Bolivian Revolution abroad under the guise of being a violent criminal cartel.

A lot of these people are expecting that federal courts would nullify a firing. They also could have union protection. So many of these firings need to be with cause.

That problem is easily addressed.
Detail them to an Antarctic science station for six months.
