It’s not clear if names will be publicly released. If the Doge employees are not actually government employees, they would probably have more protection. However leaks could occur from judge or AG if they are able to get employees’ information.
There should be protective orders, sealed filings, special court oversight. Watermarks on data, canary traps if necessary.
I think Musk/doge employees or (DOJ if doge are federal employees) need to intervene and request protective measures from court. If she refuses, judge court face injunction with her as defendant and civil right violation for privacy especially if all these risks were clearly presented to her in a court filing.
She needs to go on impeachment list if she isn’t on it already. I don’t think impeachment would ever resin conviction, but the investigation could reveal crimes and cost her money and her career.

They should get a TRO in response that prohibits releasing any data sources that include PII. Thus, such requests will get responses of “contains PII” with the description of the item not spilled.
