Can someone tell what the heck a ‘czar’ is? I have read the constitution from front to back and never seen the term used.
Under what constitutional authority do they operate? What powers are they given and what decisions can they make?
If the answer is none then they are simply an advisor and should be labeled as such not a ‘czar’ which implies some kind of authority.
The only person responsible and accountable for the border is the Director of Customs and Border Protection under the Secretary of DHS.
I wanted Homan to head DHS. Hey, maybe Trump will dissolve DHS! Wouldn’t THAT be great?

Somebody ought to give Trump a heads up.
He can’t dissolve it. That would take legislation. It should be broken up and put back to the original arrangement. Presidents aren’t kings as much as Ratters want them to be so they can rule by EOs they aren’t. US presidents aren’t kings and don’t run the country by decree!
We also don’t need the fibbies to be more than unarmed accountants, as they originally were. Unless they’re removed entirely. I’m good with that. Maybe we could do the ‘historical’ test for all government departments, just as we now do for the gun confiscation laws the left-tards love.
The left is loosing their minds over this appointment announcement, and it is GLORIOUS!!!
"Czar" comes from Caesar, then Kaiser, Tsar", etc. It has no place in our government.
