Anybody who wants to compete as a woman..needs to present evidence of xx chromosomes, ovaries, fallopian tube, uterus, cervix, vagina...and cannot have any evidence of male structure...if standards not met..get put in “non-conforming” group of athletes....
People wanting to compete as men...gotta show xy, testicles, prostate, fully enervated and “active” penis, scrotum. No evidence of female structures.

Anyone who removed those female structures is put in “non-conforming” group of athletes...
Anyone with very rare genetic chromosomes like xxy, xyy, xyy, etc. is put in the non conforming athletic group.
