Of course, I want neither of those scenarios.
And, it can be avoided actually quite simply...paper ballots, purple ink, and armed guards to maintain the ballot chain of custody to the counting center and during the count. Cheers to this small Wisconsin town!

Don’t need it with my solution. With my solution, voter rolls are deleted after the election and when the next election comes around, you just log into the app and vote.
And, your solution allows illegals to vote.

“Better to have half a loaf than none at all.” I would rather have 1% of illegals voting which we can catch with better enforcement than to have liberals steal elections due to excessive voter fraud.
We’ll get to the illegals, however right now using what I describe minimizes what they can do.
