Of course, his “consistency” is much like the thick slurry of liquid fermenting organic matter.
Just his way of thumbing his nose at all the historic legal precedents he has broken over the years. The only reason he became a lawyer is to look for the loopholes. Who knows, maybe he has found one big enough to force his way into the US Senate. Now he can claim to be the “persecuted” party.

Given the amount of corruption in this two-tiered justice system, I suspect nothing will happen to him, all will be explained away and that will be the end of it.
Stupid voters + rampant vote fraud will see Schiff into the Senate this November.
I hope someone sues him and makes him spend a lot of his money in legal fees, and his time and energy.
