Reminds me of the partial birth abortion debate. We were told by the left that 3rd trimester abortions were rare and only made up 1% of abortions. Sounds innocuous enough…until you realize that approximately 1,000,000 babies are aborted in America every year, so that 1% translates to 10,000 lives lost in such a heinous manner, which is shocking and disgusting.

Good god the man needs to resign as utterly tone deaf. No one who served on active duty wants some ponce talking so cavalerly about men who lost their lives while serving their country. They went in harms way so others don't have to.
