And so far they've released around 200 hours, and haven't released any video since that first batch.
The Lie completely undermined the Oathkeepers’ defense and made them appear to be the liars.
They need to request a new trial and claim the government withheld exculpatory evidence. Then put the liar in jail for the same time they gave oath keepers
Lazarus should be prosecuted and then sentenced to the totality of years that the Oath Keepers were sentenced.
Or execution by firing squad, either would be the minimum acceptable.
This!
And I had to see a commercial against Scott Perry R-Pa by a so called police officer saying how he did his job during the “INSERECTION” lol
Lying deep state sh ! t sacks!
Lying under oath that ends up putting someone in prison should bring the same sentence as the person wrongfully found guilty.
So, he’s an imperfect person. He who has not sinned can cast the first stone.
And this is racist.
The lying cop is running for office . Dems are handing him a safe seat as payment for being a crook testifying at Pelosi’s kangaroo hearings and for help with framing the Oath Keepers.
Would this not be enough evidence for an appeal?
Documentarian Discovers Some Unusual Shots in His Jan. 6 Footage That Blow up the Dem Narrative

Documentarian Ford Fischer rediscovered some video from the riot on Jan. 6 that’s raising a lot of questions. It also puts a big crimp in the narrative of the Jan. 6 Committee.
He has a picture and video of Capitol Police Lieutenant Tarik Johnson leading Oathkeepers into the building, then wearing a MAGA hat and yelling into a bullhorn, leading more of them out.
***
Now, this has been reported before, albeit not widely. But Johnson said he appealed to Oathkeepers who were outside to help get some of his fellow officers out who were trapped in the building.
Where he got the hat is not clear.
So if you take the video at face value, Johnson was appealing to the people the government has painted as terrorists and they without hesitation went to help him to help get the officers out. He didn’t fear appealing to those guys. That sort of blows up a lot of the narrative that has been pitched against the Oathkeepers. Now, I don’t know what the legal status is of the folks who helped him, but if they got charged for going in, that would seem a very significant defense. Plus, it seems to militate against the “insurrection” idea, if they’re trying to help get people out. And they don’t look like “armed terrorists” as the Jan. 6 Committee has tried to paint them when they’re trying to help the police.
Johnson was suspended after the incident for wearing the hat, but he claimed that he had been wearing it to help get the other officers out. ***

Lying to the court is fine in the modern American judicial system so long as it aids the hard left establishment.
Was this the only or key testimony that caused conviction?
It is pretty conclusive. He wasn’t where he said he was until the Oathkeepers in question were out of the building. Not even close.

It was corroborating testimony for a police officer which radically changed his story from his initial much milder claims, with video which shows each that that officer was behaving a bit wildly (no audio), that the Oathkeeper testimony is supported by the video which was not afforded them for the trial, and that the corroborating officer could not possibly have observed what he said he did as he was in another building at the beginning and was in a different part of the building until approximately 10 minutes after the encounter as they were in a line leaving the building.
