Do any of the legal beagles here at FR know what happens to cases that are prosecuted by a very compromised DA? Including financial malfeasance? What happens to their cases and who removes them from office? It seems like someone should remove this cretin asap, and perhaps pursue criminal charges. How does this work?

The Board of Commissioner need recover all the money paid to Nathan Wade. There was no valid contract.
The state bar association also needs to initiate disbarment actions, including suspending them both immediately based on what is already proven.
Prosecution for any number of felonies, including RICO, is also required; but DOJ won’t touch this case.
