No right to remain silent, no statute of limitations, and no presumption of innocence when evidence is concealed, destroyed or not collected (e.g. by turning off bodycams, or smashing or wiping disk drives or cell phones) for government agents.

Who’s the judge? That’s all you gotta know. My guess is he’s likely a Democrat appointed judge, but he might be a Bush appointee. They are often not very good.
