These are errors that cost lives and create hardship and pain for citizens. Sometimes judges makes these decisions based on silly nonsensical reasons... and then people are hurt.

I wonder if they feel bad when a released murderer commits murder again. Somehow I think not. They probably follow the same mantra — you gotta break some eggs to make an omelet.

Too bad there is no recourse.
