you’d think after 50years of whining about water, they’d build a desalination plant or two by now, and you’d be wrong...
It’s an idea that California has taken up to a huge extent, but I can’t imagine anyone in California being cool with drowning a valley ever again. But yes, there are massive dams and reservoirs all over California.
