It seemed like the sky was non-stop lit with lightning for a few hours last night. Who could sleep with the constant loud cracking of the thunder? We’re west of Knoxville and can confirm it was a wild night.!
Contacted Mom’s kin in the area. All are OK but one did lose the workplace she had a job at. Still waiting to her from others.
The abbreviation for the State of Kentucky is KY, not KT.

The Weather Channel this morning had a segment from Clarksville, TN. One of their people was standing in front of a house that had been completely wrecked by the tornado. He was very emotional—he said he had earlier talked to the owner of the house, who had lost a relative in the tornado. The man was military and was hoping to find his billfold with his military ID so he could get treated for some injuries.
