And good on the cop for realizing that the Alamodome manager might be ill informed.
Lots of cities/counties have very good public-facing GIS systems. Go see if yours does and play with it.
Someone local should consider making a formal complaint on that point to all and sundry - city council, mayor, chief of police, whoever certifies police officers in TX, the AG (Paxton? Do I have the name right?), etc.
