The ACLU stepped in and is supporting Trump. While that is a first for the ACLU, they are correct here. This is an abuse of prosecutorial power and if they can do it to Trump, they can do it to anyone.

Not at all disputing your assessment. In fact, would like to follow this logic for a legal thought experiment.
Based on #1, wouldn’t this be grounds for prosecutorial miss conduct. Especially if it could be show that the prosecutor knew?
Based on #2, wouldn’t this be grounds for a mistrial?
The jury has already heard a judge’s ruling that now needs to be reversed.
If the judge does NOT reverse his ruling, isnt that prima facia evidence of judicial bias and interference?
