Reagan said “My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you today that I’ve signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.”

In 1984, https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/reagan-jokes-about-bombing-russia

On August 11, 1984, President Ronald Reagan makes a joking but controversial off-the-cuff remark about bombing Russia while testing a microphone before a scheduled radio address. While warming up for the speech, Reagan said “My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you today that I’ve signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.”

Although the press throng and his aides in attendance laughed at the obvious joke, the comment unnerved Democratic opposition leaders and those already fearful of the hard-line posturing Reagan had displayed toward the USSR since assuming office in 1981. Others simply dismissed his remark, which came at a time of heightened tensions between the U.S. and Russia, as a moment of poor taste.

ransomnote: Russia and the Ukraine were parts of the Soviet Union at that time. Reagan would NEVER support the current neo Nazi Ukrainian military and all the Ukraine's corruption,  child trafficking, organ harvesting, money laundering support for Biden and the DNC.

Reagan also knew who the Nazi's were. Reagan would not participate in NATO's proxy war against Russia - he wouldn't put us in the middle of their war.

Yeah, I loved serving under Reagan, and in fact, went back into military service to do so and was fortunate enough to serve in NATO, and alongside some of the various NATO elite units, all of us loved Reagan.

Reagan would be very supportive of Ukraine’s desperate fight to avoid being reconquered by Russia, Reagan would most definitely be supplying Ukraine well.

I don’t believe Reagan would sell out to evil and help the corruption center in the Ukraine fight a proxy war with Russia. We must agree to disagree.

Reagan wouldn’t, that is why he wouldn’t sell out the people of Ukraine back into Russian slavery.

From a letter that Reagan wrote long ago, he knew who the the empire was.

“”“The reaction to our show, with the exception of your letter, has been what we hoped for. Many people have kindly told us that our play was a blow for freedom and a good first step in tagging the Russians for the brutal aggressors we know them to be. I’m sorry if you did not interpret the story in this light but I assure you our aim is anti-Communist and for that matter anti-Russian.””

Look, I don't agree Reagan would support the neo Nazi's in the Ukrainian military or the epic levels of corruption to which President Trump has pointed to in the Ukraine. The Arch Bishop has denounced the Ukraine for organ harvesting and child trafficking, topics The Gipper didn't mention. That was the 80's - this is the present. We don't agree.

Reagan cautioned about the potential for NATO excesses - and here we are today:

You don’t seem to know much about all this, thinking this is a war against a nazi nation.

Reagan would know that Russia isn’t warring against some nazi nation threatening the world but is conquering for wealth, agriculture, geography and ports, and population, to reassemble its empire to resurrect the evil empire that Reagan brought down.

Reagan would know that Russia is ranked as far more corrupt than Ukraine and that Ukraine has been improving the farther it gets away from Russian influence and that Russia ranks way below Ukraine in human trafficking.

Ukraine ranks at 116 in corruption rankings while Russia is at 137.
Ukraine is a tier 2 nation in human trafficking and cooperating to improve while Russia is a tier 3 and getting worse.

Reagan knew Russia and he would know what Putin is doing right now, and he would know the primary goal would be to keep Russia from rebuilding its empire and reconquering the freed nations.

I should post this more often until people become familiar with it.

"Let’s not forget that Ukraine is the main player in the market of surrogacy, organ predation, and human trafficking, which also feeds the pedophile network. The denunciations of humanitarian organizations leave no doubt about these unprecedented horrors: children are being killed and dismembered to send their organs to clinics in the West; wounded Ukrainian soldiers are having their organs harvested for the same purpose; the lives of innocent creatures are being sold to rich perverts to satisfy their abominable deviations. And we know how much the deep state is composed of characters who can be blackmailed precisely in furtherance of these execrable crimes, a dynamic highlighted by the recent film Sound of Freedom." ~ Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò

We had a corrupt election. Following your “logic” we don’t deserve to live as a free people and our not entitled to have allies. Our children should die in prison camps and our cities should be erased in a prototypical Nazi fashion by a warmongering foreign power.

Pot. Meet Kettle.

Your post reads as fiction. Reagan would not support Communism or Nazism. He would not want the US to be in the middle of NATO’s proxy war, or the middle of Russia/Ukraine border war. He would want to secure our own borders instead.

Your post runs counter to reality. Trump said..."You know, you want to help the Ukrainian people but the Ukraine is now among the most corrupt nations on earth." Money sent there, the Ukraine, that portion which actually leaves US territory and Biden bank accounts, doesn't go to help the people. Recall the scandal of the Ukrainian military leader who ran off with 1 billion in foreign aid? The scandal was that he got caught. It's a proxy war with citizens used as canon fodder. As I said - we just aren't going to agree. Ever.

LOL, no it doesn’t, my post 47 is reality.

Trump said that the nation he was sending weapons to while he had American troops on the ground in Ukraine training them to fight Russians that is ranked at 116 for corruption has problems with corruption, big deal, 116 leaves a lot of room for improvement, and Ukraine has been improving for years.

In 2014/15 Ukraine was ranked as more corrupt than Russia, now ask Trump about Russian corruption, or tell him how Russia is ranked at 137 now, way more corrupt than ukraine.

That guy who said that gave an opinion and it is the opinion of a pro-Russia propagandist, read the whole interview.

That isn’t a source, that is some guy making his own pro-Russia fake claim.

Read post 47, Russia is a bottom tier 3 Human trafficking nation and blocking attempts to improve, while Ukraine is tier 2 and striving and cooperating to improve.

‘That guy’ has so much more credibility than an anonymous poster.

He’s not the only one to have said what he said.

Tier 3 and Tier 2 are State Department (read, Deep State Department) writings - there was a time I believed what our government says, but no more.

I don’t support Russia or the Ukraine, but right now the Ukraine is propping up the DNC/Biden and protecting them from exposure, concealing bio warfare labs (including Bidens) and Zelensky refused to investigate the Biden crime family dealings in the Ukraine when President Trump requested he do so.

So you just weren’t around when Burisma/Biden Crime family dealings in the Ukraine were exposed? You didn’t hear Trump ask Zelensky to investigate, and Zelensky say, “no”? You didn’t know that Pelosi/Schumer/Romney have family involved in the Burisma scamdemic in the Ukraine? You just didn’t know the Ukraine was laundering money for the DNC/Biden? And that the Ukraine is propping them up? How can we debate if you are that uninformed? Trump said he wanted to support the people of the Ukraine but the corruption was the problem (i.e., the money doesn’t reach the public but is skimmed by corrupt officials). Then Zelensky’s military official is caught skimming 1 million dollars, and that’s just the only one that was caught...so far.
WE ARE NOT GOING TO AGREE ON THIS. This back and forth doesn’t change my mind because your post doesn’t offer useful or truthful facts. Quoting our government’s assesment of corruption is rendered moot when we have our own pResident extorting the Ukrainians into halting the investigation into Hunter’s criminal activities there.

The guy rants every pro-Russia piece of propaganda he can, he made it up.

You devote your time and energy to promoting and supporting Russia and denigrating and attacking Ukraine with lots of made-up stuff, and it seems that you aren’t interested in the facts.

People including the Bidens have had crooked dealings with business interests in Russia and Ukraine, which has nothing to do with 1st term Zelensky and the Ukraine government’s fight to survive this Russian invasion led by what some think might be the richest man on earth, with a lifetime as a humble public servant for a low paying, not very wealthy nation.

Proxy WAR. This is NATO’s Proxy War. THe US should have no part, shuold never have gifted 103 Billion American tax payer dollars to the elites running this proxy war. I know you disagree with everything I have written. I’ve read it - you disagree with me on all essentials. We will not agree on this.

I’m done with the back and forth with you on this thread.
