For years Progressives have tested the assertion conversationaly that no constitutional right is unlimited. We now have an official action by a government official floating a trial balloon of that assertion using a dubious legal theory that “worked” by using a public health emergency (Covid 19) to mandate limits on our freedom. This needs to be stopped in it’s tracks and it’s basis refuted as a mistake. Because if allowed to gain a foothold it will be the end of our freedoms permanently.

I watched the Sheriff of Wahoozidoozi County, where Albuquerque is located, give a press conference today. Executive summary:
-Governor’s actions are unconstitutional.
-It will turn good citizens into criminals, and their cooperation is not assumed.
-It ignores better options that have been floated by LE.
-It leaves good citizens at the mercy of criminals.
-They (local LE) will not enforce this.
-The Governor is stupid, ugly, and smells bad.

I embellished the last point a little but the rest of it is true.

It's a good start and very encouraging. Keep piling it on.

The governor must be removed from office as a consequence of her actions. Nothing else will be sufficient. How that will be accomplished is up to the citizens of New Mexico.

Heck no the Legislature isn’t going to stop Lujan; Half the Democrats (the majority) are first, second , third or fourth cousins to her.

Sounds as if a local sheriff has things under control...Would like to see a Trump AG charge the crazy b!tch with breaking federal law—The Second Amendment.
