“I said that Russia wold not undertake a nuclear was which they would lose for certain.”

*************

Have you not been watching the news lately? There are lots of threatening statements coming out of Russia implying a willingness to use nukes. This article summarizes some of the recent ones.

Exactly. Just kick in the door and the whole rotten house would probably cave in. I wouldn’t even take winter clothes along.

Glad you see it my way. /sarcasm aside ;)

But, logically, even if it's not just one week, Russia would lose very quickly.

I can’t stand Tucker. I used to like him but he grew tired and really dumb. He was for the Iraq war before he was against it. Now he wants to throw ukraine to the Russians. Even though Russia started this war by invading another country. It’s like if Mexico invaded the USA to take back part of California/Texas and having the same agreement. Doesn’t make sense

Also , get ready to go to war if ukraine falls, you have a nato agreement to put boots on the ground if Russia invades a nato country. Hope for a Ukrainian win , will save you boots on the ground.

ITA! The part where they think they can contain such a war is laughable on their part. Did you ever notice that for a group of people who consider themselves the smartest people in any room; they know absolutely nothing about human nature.

I see a nuke war only if the US launches first.

With the criminals that are running the Country now, this is what worries me.

“Russia is in fact, too weak, militarily and economically to undertake a prolonged war with the west. “

You are delusional. Not just overconfident.

It is the entire West, not just the USA which is not ready for war.

They won’t have the new equipment for 155 production in place until 2026.

That’s longer than the Manhattan project of 1/3 of current Russian shell production !

LOL. He’s predicting war with Russia - that doesn’t mean he would love it.

One could also say that Tucker, unconstrained by corporate powers, is examining topics that are too hot for most others, but which typical Americans are concerned about. It’s a legitimate form of debate to lay out a scenario for discussion.

There are lots of threatening statements coming out of Russia implying a willingness to use nukes. This article summarizes some of the recent ones.

Those threats have been there from the beginning, and everybody, including Putin and the people at the Kremlin, understand that they will remain threats only. Once a nuclear weapon is used, Russia will lose any semblance of its old self. Therefore, threats don't kill people and only serve to try to stop others from acting, but most are not fooled. Are you being fooled?

They’ve already telegraphed this move by accusing Trump and GOP of wanting to do exactly this...

They always accuse of of what they themselves are doing.

Tucker has been wrong about the Ukraine War from the start, and is unable to admit his mistake. So he’s doubling down, like Biden on the climate change crisis and deadly vaccines.

This one will likely be over by Christmas. The West has de-industrialized and won’t be able to sustain war beyond a few weeks.

So this one will be “ride or die” in the first days of the war.

However, the decadent and cowardly “leaders” of the West are foxes, not lions. So they will try to back into this while putting the onus on Putin to escalate.

So I am looking for a revival of the “No Fly Zone”.

If the F35s stand against Russian air defence the way Bradleys and Leopards coped with Russian mine fields, the NFZ will collapse pretty quick.

Finally someone with some sense. And don't forget the logistical challenges of us sending troops to Russia and getting them onto Russian soil. And they're NOT going to send their troops here for many obvious reasons.

Which leaves the possibility of a nuclear exchange. If Russia were stupid enough to do that, the US would no doubt hit them back. Then it will turn into a freefall. Siberia could no longer be defended - China will be licking its chops over the land and resources there.

IF Putin is smart, he won't take that bait. Which means that if we by some bizarre chance we find ourselves in a war with Russia, we will have started it.

“It’s a legitimate form of debate to lay out a scenario for discussion.”

I totally agree with you. My point is that there’s a fine line between discussing possibilities versus making predictions.

As Yogi Berra said “its difficult to make predictions, especially about the future.” LOL

You are delusional. Not just overconfident.

It's not delusion or overconfidence.

it's about the FACTS.

Russia has a very weak economy, perhaps smaller than France or Italy or even Ukraine before the war. Economically, Russia cannot support a prolonged war. That's a pure fact!

Delusion is when one believes in false facts to act, but, the real facts are not delusional. Russia is not a match for the U.S. or NATO, much less for both.

Whatever the U.S. has in stock is much more than Russia would be able to sustain. And, whatever NATO has in stock, is much more than Russia could sustain. Imagine then Russia trying to undertake a war against the U.S. or NATO, or both. Suicidal, and I'm sure that, even as evil Putin is, suicide is not part of his plans.

Now, now the FR warcons, deep state traitors, Democrats, neocons and RINO’s have assured us it will only take two weeks of shelter in place to flatten the radioactivity curb and life will return to normal. After all if the Ukraine falls why it would destroy the entire western worlds way of life!

We’re fighting the wrong war, at the wrong place at the wrong time, using a seventy year old paradigm in which the world is in a vacuum stuck in 1938 and nothing has changed. We have learned nothing from history and are so ridged we cannot adapt our strategic foreign policy to anything but a Cold War mentality. While our real enemy in the Pacific is ignored and actually strengthened by our policies.

We are led by fools...

I believe we have provisions or guarantees that, we will not be the first to use nuclear weapons in a war. WE2 was the exception and the last time.

Just today, Lindsay Graham and Richard Blumenthal were in Ukraine. Lindsay Graham is there practically every month. Its clear he’s completing his last Senate Term.

Look at Blumenthal’s comments

“should be satisfied that we’re getting our money’s worth on our Ukraine investment. No Americans are dying”
