> The only question this brings to my mind is: Who the hell on Trump’s legal team is talking to ABC News?
This is assuming the story wasn’t invented out of whole cloth.
If the story is true, then what I feared is true: President Trump surrounded by idiots and/or traitors. Pray for him like you’ve never prayed before.
“Why is this so hard? Guard the counters”
Whenever there aren’t both Republican and Democrat election judges present (and those from any other party that wants to participate), the ballot boxes should be chained and locked with multiple padlocks. Each side gets the key to one padlock. Nobody can go back and open the boxes without the others present. Problem solved.
But that would make cheating too hard, so nobody from either party will suggest it.
"dubious" rather than "debunked" as they had been insisting up until now. Could be a tell.
What a tragedy that we are reduced to reading our media between the lines like it's soviet era Pravda.
Past is prologue. Trump has a nasty habit of hiring fame seekers who run off and blab to regime news. I would even bet that there are people on his legal team who already have book deals inked with the usual publishers.
that’s what i thought. no one dug deep - unless DJT’s upcoming report tells us otherwise.
Doesn’t that assume a legitimate court proceeding?
What makes you think he would get that in Fulton County?
“Legally...”
What one should do, “legally”, is only really valid in a situation where there is rule of law.
You don’t think he’d already done that before announcing it...?
Reads to me like Deep State is getting antsy.
If so...
GOOD.

The national interest IMO it would be better served by getting him acquitted in one trial which in the public’s mind totally destroy the other charges, public opinion is just as much on trial as any actual evidence
“the Government is not required to notify you they’ve gotten a warrant to gather information about someone under investigation”
But the warrant is required to be specific, relevant and LIMITED. Sweeping up someone’s entire twitter history, including things that can’t possibly be relevant, like when they clicked the “like” button on someone else’s post, doesn’t meet that standard.
My opinion is Trump should boycott Fox News, like most of the rest of MAGA is doing. He doesn’t need this for cover.
4 indictments, 4 states, 91 charges, 700 years. Just wow.

If the regime isn’t arresting you, you aren’t a threat to them and not worth voting for
As (at various times) a prosecutor, defense counsel and judge, I’ve seen Trump’s personality type on many occasions. It’s been my experience that they virtually always minimize their own actions and use ad hominen attacks to deflect. He’s a train wreck of a client, a gift that keeps on giving for a prosecutor and a PITA for a judge just trying to keep order in the court.
The warrant is well within the scope of legality even if it’s not that is for a court to decide and In either case the government is not required to notify someone under investigation after the fact Trump could object to the warrant and get the court to decide the matter
What makes you think he would get that in Fulton County?
What makes you think that his holding a press conference on Monday will change anything at all for one single person? If you support Trump (as I do,) you're already convinced this is all a witch hunt. If you're against Trump, no "evidence" in the world is going to change your mind that Orange Man Bad belongs behind bars.
The danger is with those low information voters who don't know the details, don't want to get into the weeds with minutiae, and will see this as being petty. CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC will all be telling these people that it's Trump being petty.
So why give them the ammunition?
He is not going to be acquitted on all charges. I think people need to get comfortable with the fact he is going to jail, if not in GA, DC.
Actually, why is he going to tell the Left ‘what he has’ when they will have months to refute it and bring even more to the trial? Not too smart. He’s running on saving his reputation and dwelling on the past. He better switch gears.
