Other takes aren’t favorable to the indictment from Dershowitz to other LawTubers I watch.
What I see is a mess of many legal things culminating into some nefarious illegality. I am wondering if these nineteen defendants being tried together could mean a long trial. Something going months. If Trump has to appear every day it’ll tie him up indefinitely and keep him from campaigning. I guess he could rally nights after court or on weekends though.
The purpose of these indictments is to keep Trump from campaigning and to spend money.
