FALSE. He was not a State Department employee. He did not have “passport access”. He was a street criminal who was running a fake credit card scam, and using associates who worked for the State Dept to get him personal information for those fake credit cards.

Harris was not connected to the breach by Brennan’s firm in any way, EXCEPT for the fact that the breach Harris was tied to was also mentioned in an article that talked about Brennan’s breach. And idiots have been continuing to spread this false idea of a “connection” between the two ever since, even after the publication who produced the article issued a clarification that the two breaches were completely unrelated.
