I couldn’t get it done in Turkey. Amazon sold this product to me as damaged. I could not return it because the return period has passed.

This product wasn’t awful but at this price point. After heavy use in 30 days the non-stick coating starting to degrade and peel. Also the drawer started to get off the tracks so it didn’t seal properly. In addition when I would make drumsticks or chicken wings it would emit so much dark smoke that we could barely use it inside. For light use I’m sure it’s a great product but for heavier users I’m not so sure

First, it came cracked and I had to send it back. Then, I got a replacement. Was happy with it for the month and a half I had it until it just died. Because Amazon replacef it and my original receipt now shows I paid zero for it, Phillips won’t replace it. Crap customer service, crap product. DO NOT BUY
