All outrageous changes to the normal and legal ways of voting. They made cheating more possible. But those are just processes and procedures on how to gather the votes. Little has ever been done by Trump to show actual votes were fraudulent, or not what the voter intended.
So I’ve gone from being convinced the election was stolen, to thinking it could have been. I’m just an evidence guy. And I get tired of people screaming they’re a victim 24/7 without that cold, hard, proof. Show me what you got, and spare me the unfair routine.

You have no proof of what was in those crates, who put them there originally, or where they came from. You have your ideas, that is, your opinion, but you have no proof. Of anything with regard to those votes.
It is suspicious. It could be a piece of circumstantial evidence, if combined with other pieces, but nothing else ever materialized. And it is certainly not proof of anything, on its own. She even won her lawsuits questioning her about it!

Perhaps he's talking about those people who would frivolously use the legal system to go after their enemies. He could possible use the court system to respond appropriately using his legal rights, to such an abuse of power.
Perhaps he's talking about people who are lying about him. He could respond to those people using his first amendment rights and other legal rights.
Perhaps he talking about the ballot box. If you seek to beat him at the ballot box, he would respond by working to defeat you.
Looking at Trump's track record, he probably means that he would respond peacefully, patriotically and appropriately.
