This thing about writing down notes never ceases to amaze me. Someone can lie verbally and someone can lie writing down notes. “When someone writes notes, damn it, you better believe it!!” Writing down notes is no assurance of reliability.
And it is doubtful Trump told him to “overturn the election.” He probably told him to allow debate, etc., which to Jack Smith, that is the same language as to say, “overturn” the election, since he is not very bright. Just an assassin.

John Adams in 1796, Thomas Jefferson in 1800, and Richard Nixon in 1960 used their authority during the counting ceremony to decide which certificate was counted during a disputed election for the presidential office they were running for.

It will be very interesting to have Pence testify under oath. Just when did he write those notes? Did anyone else help him write Them? Were they amended? The Defense has every right to thoroughly examine the “notes” and treat Pence as a hostile witness.
So when Pence went on TV and said that he believed that there was election rigging, he was lying because he’s a commie douche bag..he was setting Trump up..I always knew that Pence was a dirt bag, I never liked him, got a bad vibe from him, but Trump wanted someone to be the supposed “Nice guy” the “One who doesn’t talk like Trump” but instead he brought in a judas prick who turned his back on him and all of us..I wouldn’t vote for Pence if he was the last guy on God’s green earth
