“The US is preparing new aid to Ukraine worth $1.3 billion. It will be announced in the coming days.
The package (USAI - not from stock) will include VAMPIRE air defense systems and other counter-drone systems, radars, sensors and analysis systems. “

Special Thanks for the post!
According to preliminary data, the cost of restoring the Crimean bridge after the terrorist attack will be 1-1.3 billion rubles - Marat Khusnullin. #krymskybridge

More than 1.5 thousand cars from both sides of the Crimean bridge are waiting in line for passage - the operational headquarters.

According to the Belarusian opposition, there are already 2,000-2,500 employees of the Wagner group in Belarus. Belarusian oppositionists note that these data are based on NATO intelligence estimates.
Poland deployed two military brigades to the border with Belarus.
What is there to hijack? It is just one incel posting the same 2-bit website day after day for over a year now. To make it worse the poster just spastically sends out replies to Zeepers who are not even on the thread yet. It is just a small pack of loons barking at the moon.
All the RuZZians have are shovels!!! REEEEEE!!!
I cannot imagine that many Zeepers are married.
31 years married and still going strong.
Yup and they work just as well on T-34s, T-55s and IS-2s
Be I tersting to see how mobiks react to them
39 here and a cruise in December to celebrate
“100K troops and 900 tanks? Where did they come from?”
“Very likely the sum total of troops already deployed north of Bakhmut.”
Good point. I was also shocked to see reports of such a force, apparently out of nowhere.
Are they going to try a Kursk maneuver, open charges is exactly what these munitions were designed for
38 here. Must be doing something right.
ISW 17 July 2023
“Key Takeaways:
The July 17 attack on the Kerch Strait Bridge will likely have significant and sustained impacts on Russian logistics as traffic from tourism to occupied Crimea jams Russian logistics to southern Ukraine in the midst of the ongoing Ukrainian counteroffensive in the south.
Russian and occupation authorities appear to be consumed with mitigating the consequences of the attack rather than leveraging the incident to levy heavy informational attacks with rhetorical inflections.
The Russian milblogger response to the Kerch Strait Bridge attack largely criticized Russian authorities for failing to secure the bridge.
The Wagner Group continues to prepare to establish a permanent presence in Belarus.
Russia continues efforts to reorganize its domestic security apparatus in the wake of the Wagner Group’s armed rebellion.
Ukrainian forces continued counteroffensive operations on at least three sectors of the front over the backdrop of increased Russian offensive operations along the Kharkiv-Luhansk Oblast border on July 17.
Russian forces conducted active offensive operations along the Kupyansk-Svatove line and have likely made marginal tactical gains in this direction.
Russian forces continued limited ground attacks southwest and south of Kreminna, around Bakhmut, and along the Avdiivka-Donetsk City line.
Ukrainian forces continued counteroffensive operations in the Bakhmut area and advanced near the Donetsk-Zaporizhia administrative border.
Russian forces conducted limited counterattacks in western Donetsk Oblast.
Russian sources claimed that Ukrainian forces continued unsuccessful ground attacks in the Orikhiv area in western Zaporizhia Oblast.
Russian opposition outlet Verstka reported that Russian authorities have removed at least eight Russian military commanders without reappointing them to new positions since the start of the war, which is largely consistent with ISW’s previous assessments.
Russian occupation authorities continue to artificially increase the number of Russian citizens in occupied Ukraine ahead of the September regional elections.
“Are they going to try a Kursk maneuver”?
I would guess that they will just keep throwing available units against Kupyansk. They have been pushing there for months. Maybe they have a few more units allocated that, but I find it hard to believe that there is suddenly 100,000 fresh troops with 900 tanks available.
“Open charges are exactly what these munitions were designed for”
Cluster munitions are especially effective for troops in the open, and vehicles on the move.
They were a big component of trapping Saddam’s Republican Guard units on the highway of death in Kuwait.
I shot a dog there, that was eating one of the bodies. We could not scare him away with shouts or rocks, and were not allowed to leave the road to chase him away, because only the road had been cleared of those sub-munitions. It seemed like just about nobody got away from their column.
Perun has a good YouTube from last week on artillery, missles and cluster munitions and he made a great point . Al the people screaming about UXO because civilians might step on them…and the Russians who have been using them too even in cities well what does an unexplored bomblet resemble? A mine which civilians might step on, but haven’t heard Russians decrying mines.
People are stupid and ridiculous, saying things they have no clue on
Road of death was something else
There might be a repeat if Russians try a Kursk like run
“39 here and a cruise in December to celebrate”
SWEET!
“38 here. Must be doing something right.”
SOMETHING!
48 here on August 23rd.
Congrats to all!
Winner 😂
