They’re not claiming anything with regards to the suit. Just that he has no immunity because he was President when he said what he said about her.

Back in the 90’s, I worked in a high-end shop on Madison Avenue, and I knew a couple of people who worked at Bergdorf (which was only about four blocks away)...they both worked on commission. Let me tell you, if you are a commissioned salesperson at Bergdorf Goodman in 1990-whatever, and Donald Trump shows up, you do not take your eyes off of him, in case he wants to BUY SOMETHING. The idea that he could get into the fitting room with a woman and not be noticed is ludicrous. We retail people gossipped like fiends. FIENDS, I tell you.
