It’s silly to think Biden’s agencies that hold the hard line always will suddenly be reasonable on Energy or Environmental projects.

Biden’s main issue that he had to have was to not face a Debt Limit before the Election. Eliminate the realities of the Economy and Biden can do as he loves - promise grand things and money to every single group. McCarthy gave it away for nothing.
