The USA has over 2,000 F-16's in inventory. Turkey has around a couple of hundred, as do The Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, South Korea, Israel and Taiwan. Norway has 72 in storage, that it has already retired from service.
Russian Ground Forces can’t be everywhere at once.
They no longer have the initiative, and their rail lines keep blowing up.

These countries probably have F-16 training centers with excess capacity. These training centers are usually government owned and contractor operated. The excess capacity is due to F-16s being retired in favor of F-35s.
I believe that the "NATO Standard F-16" is an F-16AM/BM Block 20 Mid-Life Update (MLU) which upgrades the cockpit and avionics to the equivalent of that on the F-16C/D Block 50/52
Munitions should include Aim-120s, Aim-9L/M/X, HARMs, JDAMs/JDAM-ERs, and SDBs.
What has not been announced is Maintenance Training. These training centers would certainly have excess maintenance training capability.
An official from the Ukraine today clarified that F-16 pilot training had not yet started, but that some countries had firmly committed to provide it.

I would bet that the Russian Volunteer Corps have been trained by Maygar to employ FPV drones.
So far, such intrusions by the “Free Russians,” are intended to disrupt a Moscow-planned false flag.
A picture emerged from another group of soldiers which penetrated the Russian border, this time in the Kursk Oblast. The village is called Gogolevka.

Raids like this one are called shaping - they force Russia to bring troops off the previous front line or from reserves and resting troops to defend their now 2.5 times longer border. This leaves the fronts on the East and South greatly weakened.
But as Russia officials said today ‘Don’t panic, everything is going according to the Plan’.

Together with colleagues from the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee, as part of our working visit on the issues of NATO integration and the supply of weapons to Ukraine, we visited a training ground in Germany, where our tankers and attack aircraft are currently being trained.
First, the military held a meeting where they told us all the details of the training. And then - they showed directly how the most experienced generals from various member countries of the Alliance train our soldiers to work on German tanks “Leopard 1”.
Normally, preparation for work with “Leopard 1” for the NATO military lasts two years. However, in today’s difficult conditions, thanks to the experience and professionalism of instructors from different countries, our fighters are fully trained with high quality in just 4-5 weeks!
The work of our soldiers after such training can change the situation not only on the battlefield, but also in the war in general.
