Sidenote - I've heard that line of thinking - need 60%, 70%, perhaps 80%. I think it is only a sideshow, red-herring, and essentially means nothing.

Consider, I'm in eastern MA. If we have 2%, we're doing well. When EBS rolls around, perhaps we are at, what, 3%?

Then, consider places in... Oklahoma, or North Dakoka, or perhaps even Georgia for that matter. What's the % there?

Point being, whatever might be required for EBS, there cannot be a hard and fast percentage, because, geographical areas vary so much. And, if here in MA we ever get to 40%, then areas on OK/ND/GA will be over 90%.

Yes there’s always going to be 20%-25% that won’t wake up for any reason or are so mind farmed by the left that nothing will turn them. If I had to guess I’d say we’re at maybe 65% and that’s good enough IMO.

If the military is planning to administer a free and fair election in 2024 they have to step in soon because you have to give candidates a chance to campaign and if we’re going to vote with paper ballots on one day all that has to be coordinated. They can only wait so long or the pendulum is going to start to swing the other way.
