Mueller was probably eating ice cream and walking into walls just like Biden does, based on Mueller's appearance in front of Congress.
Mueller's only role was to give the investigation the imprimatur of legitimacy based on his reputation. Unfortunately, it turned out that he was a walking vegetable, spoiled past his expiration date.
