What are you talking about. Do US citizens own the mineral wealth of the Continental US? Governments own the minerals, politicians own the government. Ukraine has nothing to do building a Republic. Maybe a Socialist Democracy controlled by powerful extra national forces. Putin is head of one of the last Nations standing. I hate war, and killing, but it is how diplomacy is done. At this point what Russia is doing, is what the US should be doing. Fortifying its border, even if it means building a DMZ zone in Mexico at the point of a bayonet. We the People are nothing, if the government doesn’t guard us and our Border, Language and Culture, like a teen age daughters diamond gap.

Since property owners do own the mineral rights and oil rights on their property, then you are not informed.
