Not only TS material, but CIA material - that should not even be on any military facility. Let alone on a NG airbase.

After 9-11, we started sharing a lot more intel between DoD, FBI and CIA. I regularly read CIA and even FBI intel reports, or messages that contained domestic intelligence when I was active duty. Much of it probably should have been "compartmented". Some included sources and techniques. I can confidently say that there was not a single person on my ship that needed to know some of this stuff. We need to get a handle on distribution of classified material.
