According to the leaked Pentagon Papers, Bulgaria expressed willingness to donate its fleet of MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine on February 23rd.
Bulgaria has 16 MiG-29 fighter jets.

WP writes that a British RC-135 Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft nearly shot down by Russian Su-27 fighter jets over the Black Sea on September 29th, 2022.
British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace stated at the time that a missile had been released in the vicinity of the plane.
