No reason for them to put an investment in the U.S. when four years later they will get condemned for the same thing.
no realistic outside observer thinks the democrats are ever loosing another election. Anyone watching 2020 and 2022 should be completely cured of this delusion.
winning the next election is a fantasy for internal consumption in the US, and I do see it on FR a lot.
