We are talking about a judge. If a judge can suffer emotional blackmail- whatever that means, then they daughter didn’t matter because the judge was already compromised and thoroughly unqualified to judge.

You don’t know what emotional blackmail means? Justice Kennedy was the deciding vote in gay marriage. During the proceedings he repeated expressed misgivings about upending a thousand years of Western culture and tradition yet that is exactly what he ended up doing. By several accounts I have a read he had a gay niece who pushed him hard. Maybe true maybe not. It’s possible we have the cultural dumpster fire we have now because Kennedy was afraid he would lose his invites to Thanksgiving dinner.
Speculation. They culture of the United States doesn’t rest on one man. I think the term you are looking for is “manipulation,” and if a justice is so easily manipulated to rule against conscience, he was unqualified. Again, speculation.

Speculation of course. Yes 1 vote and that 1 vote legalized Gay marriage and the cultural anarchy in its wake. I meant blackmail. I know someone who was told by her woke daughters to either get your mind right or she would not see her grandchildren.
