The above "triggers" from Section 2 below reasonably translate to zero constitutional tolerance for ballot box fraud imo.

But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." So why isn't the federal government / media warning states how easy it is to violate Section 2?

It really ticks me off that there is not actual repercussions for election fraud. Even if the perpetrators are caught, the results of the fraudulent election results stand. And the few that are caught and charged, walk away with probation and no jail time, and are thus free to continue their fraudulent actions in the next election.
The Courts, including SCOTUS, have abandoned their duty to make sure election laws are Constitutional and faithfully followed. They are culpable in our destruction.

That would be easy to do in a month in a big, ‘rat run city-just send a few operatives with cash or drugs into an area where homeless people are camping/hanging out-and instant completed ballots...
I live in a rural area where everyone knows what others do, whose relative is a meth head, thief or cooker-and there aren’t any homeless-so it wouldn’t work here...

There were no federal elections in 2020. There were only state (and lower level) elections. However, the California Constitution, Article I, Section 18 does define treason against the state to include giving aid and comfort to the (domestic and foreign) enemies of the State. Furthermore, California State Penal Code §37(a) allows for the death penalty upon conviction.
Of course, these sections will never be used since it would set a precedent for use against Newsom and most of the Demonicrat politicians and judges in California.
