The point of my post was that it was not just the US that had a motive to destroy the pipelines. Putin and the Russian government had their motives too, billions of Euros in debt, fines and future revenue they are not going to get until long after the war is over.
Six months before the pipelines were sabotage The US goals were accomplished. Blaming the US does not look at the full picture on both sides.
