Completely random observation: y’all remember those exploits in processors discovered around the time Trump became President, which existed because of design choices made in the 90s that let malware look at registers etc other programs were using and from that infer what those programs were actually doing and the data being used? Which could have been prevented by having hardware to clear registers after the data was used?
Back in the 90s I recall a rumor that the Clinton Administration was after back doors into processors and operating systems to let them spy on the users.
Something the security flaw I mentioned basically allowed.
What if that WAS what the Clinton Administration wanted and got? What if it was in use by our government right up until the time Trump was elected and then it was exposed so Trump couldn’t have access to it?
