I am surprised that UKR would publish this video.
The video was taken by a military quad copter drone, which shows UKR has the ability to monitor RU artillery in real time.
My guess is that these RU howitzers had completed firing and relocated to a position that they considered safe.
The drones were dispatched based on counter battery radar location. The drone pilots located the parking spots of the RU howitzers and data linked the GPS location to UKR artillery.

Nexter (French) has managed to increase Caesar (155mm howitzer) production to the point they can send 6 vehicles per month to Ukraine if desired.
These drones will be able to locate and track RU vehicles operating at night.

It allows Commanders to see both sides of the front in real time. It uses surveillances planes, satellites, & drones to form a live image of the front. Russians cannot hide, and they do not have this system. Commanders can now direct individual units in real time. This might just be a bigger weapon than all of the Western tanks combined

But the mishandling of breakups of Empires, leads to the next war. All you have to do is look at the results at the end of WWI.
And yes, I think the breakup of the Soviet Union was mishandled as well.
I actually think the breakup of the USSR and Warsaw pact alliance went pretty well.

I was referring the the ex-Soviet Republics, especially with the way Ukraine was handled, it set the stage for where we are today.
