Either something is seriously wrong with the poison vax or something is seriously wrong with the people who refuse to get injected with the poison vax.

the people that claim the experimental shots are “safe and effective” also claim men can cut off their family jewels and convert to women...
For some reason, which I doubt is for the good of the people, they really want everyone vaxxed, and if they are not, they want to know that as well.
When my mother was ill last year and going to doctors or in the hospital prior to her death, the first question asked by any medical personnel upon first speaking to her, was “Have you received the Covid-19 vaccine?” Without fail. Each time a doctor came into the hospital room, that was their first question. Even if that person had just asked her the question the day before.
No matter how many times she told them “No, and I don’t want to be so mark that on my chart”, they continued to ask. Even the worker organizing her home health care persisted in asking the question. I got a bit testy with them a couple of times when I was the one present during those occasions.

The government already has vax status on us - they have a ‘voluntary’ database the states can use (not all states did use it initially but I imagine there were ‘incentives’ there too) to log vaccine status. They also have a vaccine registry doctors use to look up your vax status (well they do in california).
I believe this means the government wants our insurance companies and Medicare to know our vax status formally because they are going to leverage them in to using it against us indirectly. So it’s the government, but it will look like it’s medicare or private insurance.

There is more than one booster these days—how are they keeping track of how many boosters people have?
Yes. EMR was part Obama ACA. If person goes to a pharmacy that is connected to systems it will record it. But probably the patient told pcp when they go for a visit since they ask that now
VA keeps track too
If boosted at a provider that enters in EMR or patient tells them. Remember every shot has to be recorded that it was given. VAERS, CMS and recorded by state health depts. All have to recorded of each vaccine
