This was proposed quite a bit late last Spring, after Russian forces withdrew from around Kiev, but it has not happened, despite Russia having already fired off the majority of the cruise missiles that would be needed for such strikes.
They did repeatedly strike one bridge from Romania to interdict weapons shipments, eventually temporarily halting traffic over it. It has since been repaired, and they seem to have given up on attempting bridge strikes. Ditto for rail strikes - tried and failed.
Heavy Equipment Transporters and trucks are so plentiful in Europe, that the war could be supported with a total shutdown of rail in the Ukraine. Currently, the Ukrainian rail system is running regular service, on time, except for within artillery range of the front lines (about 15 miles).

In your PM you posted that you don’t care if we Americans and our allies get our “asses kicked”, something that we have been seeing from the pro-Russia people, Americans defeated by the Russian military.
It seems you do have “a dog in this fight”, the defeat of our military by the Russian military.
What do you think that would mean to America, Red China, and the world?
