The one thing about ALL of you scenarios is that they screw over Cincinnati.
Why not declare the game a Buffalo forfeit? The Bengals were ahead, and with a win against Buffalo and Baltimore next week they would be a #1 or #2 depending on what KC did against LV.
A tie or a no-game completely screws the Bengals and HELPS the Bills.

Prediction- they don’t replay the game and the seeding between Buffalo, Cincinnati, KC are based on strength of schedule.

I can see not being able to continue that evening, given one of your players actually died and had to be revived on the field, but after that business is business.
Get back to practice.
It’s going to be tough, but you say a prayer, dedicate the next game to him, and life goes on.
As for this game- given that Cinci was ahead- it would be gracious of them to accept a tie.
