I would vote for Duffy over Kevin.

Duffy was my congressman. He was great.

“Then, on the very first day, the first thing we’re going to do is repeal the 87,000 IRS agents.”
you guys on’t get that past the deep.
Just defund them.
in reality until we get rid of Rinos and Democrats, all you can do is not fund the government, not pass more stupid laws.

Kevin, you’re not going to do squat. Your buddy Mitch sold you out and then bent you over.

Those agents are already paid for. Any bill the House passes to stop funding for them will die in the Senate and you know it.

“Those agents are already paid for. “
Hiring them was paid for, yearly pay was not.
Even our military requires a yearly budget for pay.
no money budgeted no pay. The house and only the house
can spend money, if they don’t put it in a budget law it don’t happen.
By contract the military has to work without pay, but I don’t think IRS agents will or any Federal agent for that matter.
Hard to work when you have no paycheck or facilities, Y’all get it? but you have a job. but no funding.
That is how the house has power.

I think Duffy has POTUS potential down the road. And Rachel would be an awesome FLOTUS.

What about repealing the border invasion act and the destruction of our O&G industry?

The other day their big priority was cutting social security. 🙄

Can’t defund them until next fall. The budget already passed. The house’s hands are tied

The first thing people like you should do is apologize for not standing behind Trump when he needed you, Kevin. Or did your boyfriend Frank Luntz disapprove?

Are the IRS agents the new repeal and replace program?

They always talk big, don't they?

McCarthy was Paul Ryan's hand picked successor. McCarthy is Paul Ryan II. McCarthy was groomed by Paul Ryan. Frank Luntz finished "the job".

Duffy’s always kinda’ given me the vibe that he should be selling used cars in the seedy part of town. A flashy smile, creased pants sort of country club republican.

McCarthy’s a mainstream establishment type republican and that’s a huge turn off for me.

He knows this stuff won’t be signed into law even if it passes the senate. Unfortunately our only tools for now will be hearings and blocking bad bills.

That is how the house has power.

They would sell out their own mothers before they would ever use that power to NOT pay someone or fund something in govt. Haven't they demonstrated that over and over again?

Well, that's garbage and a lie put out by the democrats. Why are you pushing that myth here?

Can someone help me out here?

The 87,000 IRS folks, which they’ll never get, were written into a previously passed bill and that was signed by the President, was it not?

If so, then another bill will have to be drafted, voted on in the House, passed in the House, sent to the Senate where it has ZERO chance of passing, so it won’t even make it to the White House. And even if it did, Biden just vetoes it because it won’t be passed with the necessary majority.

So, if what I just wrote is correct, more BS from the clown that is McCarthy and another example of what a RINO POS he is. And yet, some will believe him.

transfer all the excess revenueers and atfdicks and deptEd and a few more agency staffs to do useful work instead of harmful activities. a double-winner

guard the border (and repatriate those from enemy terrorist nests like PLO/PA/AlQaida/Hamas/MuslimBros/Hezballah and all the rest of the Satanic murder gangs)

help build needed infrastructure..water supplies, electric generators and distribution systems, gas lines, gasoline and oil pipelines, port facilities, etc.

If I’m not mistaken, federal agents are considered essential and they get paid anyway.

Didn’t Sen Paul put out a while back that 85% of the federal government won’t miss a paycheck even if a budget bill isn’t passed and all the rest get back pay when they come back to work?

And even if what you’re saying is correct, with a slim majority and the RINOs in the House, Dem control of the senate, the media and the White House, McCarthy will do nothing but roll over.
