I would guess that the glow around the drone is the drone warhead exploding.
It is interesting that the gun barrels tilt inward toward each other based on the range to the target.
I hope the photographer is wearing ear protectors.

37 out of 40 cruise missiles sent towards Kyiv were shot down by Ukrainian air defence.

It was announced on 2 December that the Spanish HAWKs had arrived in the Ukraine - either four or six, of the six systems pledged from Spain. Also an Aspide anti-aircraft missile system battery.
Many varied systems are arriving in small batches from several donor Countries.
