I wonder how many of these turrets are available. Every electrical generating station in UKR should have one. One turret should cover the generators as well as the substations.
Perhaps these Partisans are locating the Wagner Group sleeping quarters.
Maybe they have known all along where Wagner Group slept and now have secure com links to UKR intel.
IMHO, Melitopol is key to kicking the Russians out of Ukraine.
