This is the biggest story in that list. If other nations follow and the dollar loses its status as a reserve currency, our inflation will truly be out of control. Double digits and no reining it in. End of the American Empire.
Apart from destroying our standard of living -- the "American Dream" -- it will lessen our ability to influence or support Israel, Ukraine, NATO, ... pretty much everyone. No more international "projection of American power."
A collapsing standard of living will also increase domestic discontent, and draw a crackdown from our surveillance and police state.
Dark days ahead.

Seizing international reserves was a bone-headed maneuver. Some countries will get their international reserves out of the dollar.

It was motivated by imperial arrogance.
"We're so big and strong, we can do what we want and no one can stop us." Like Napoleon's invasion of Russia. Or Hitler's Russian invasion, followed by his declaring war on the U.S.
Empires grow arrogant and don't know when to stop.
